# Additional tariff: Emergency call centre

The **JAMES emergency call centre** can only be booked as an **add-on package** in combination with the **JAMES basic tariff**.
The Emergency call centre add-on tariff extends the alerting chain with an emergency call centre that is available around the clock and processes alarms quickly and efficiently. JAMES currently offers an emergency call centre for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Additional countries will follow.
