Comparison JAMES emergency watches

In the core functions for alarm triggering, location tracking, calling, step counting and pulse measurement, all JAMES watches behave the same. All watches also use a roaming SIM from Switzerland or Sweden. The differences are in the form factor, battery life, fall detection and vital parameters.

Differences: PRO models compared to watches without the PRO add-on

B8 Pro compared to B8, G Pro compared to G, R9 Pro compared to R9

JAMES watches in the PRO version are sold by emergency call organisations such as BRK, DRK, Johanniter, Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund and Caritas.

The PRO models (B8 Pro, R8 Pro, R9 Pro, G6 Pro, G7 Pro) are the same watch, but with the following configuration differences:

  • PRO models are programmed for the respective emergency call organisation. In the event of an alarm, the organisation’s specific alarm process is started from the watch and typically the call centre is contacted directly.
  • In contrast, our watches without the PRO add-on are connected to the mobile app and to the family as alarm recipients.
