Additional tariff: Dementia

The JAMES dementia add-on tariff can only be booked as an add-on package in combination with the JAMES basic tariff.

With the dementia add-on tariff, your JAMES emergency watch is extended with the following functions:

• Continuous tracking based on detected steps (positions are only determined when the watch detects steps)
• Set up a movement zone around the service user’s home
• Automatic alerting of the alerting chain if the service user leaves this movement zone for a longer period of time

The movement zone can be set up via the JAMES web portal.
