JAMES Basic tariff

The basic tariff is the main requirement for operating all JAMES emergency watches.

The JAMES basic tariff includes:

• all costs incurred for the Europe-wide roaming SIM card used by JAMES watches. This also includes the mobile network costs that arise when an SOS emergency call is triggered.
• Use of the JAMES app and the JAMES web portal.
• Reliable alerting of the alerting chain with up to 10 emergency contacts that can be stored.
• Location tracking and position requests for the watch.
• Premium support via our JAMES hotline.
