The JAMES Locator supports accurate location tracking at home or in care facilities. The JAMES Locator has no effect on the watch’s network reception.

How can the strap be replaced?

The easiest way is to replace the strap using a spring bar tool (available at a low cost in online shops) or at a watchmaker. With the G series, you can change the strap easily by pressing the button on the back (at the start of the strap).
