How long does the battery last?

Depending on the model, JAMES products offer a battery life of around two to four days. Compared to that, the Galaxy models have a shorter battery life.

Battery life depends on various factors, such as the connection quality to the mobile network and individual usage behaviour. In general, we recommend charging the watch daily for about 30 minutes and checking the battery level before putting it on.

How long does it take to charge the battery?

Up to 1.5 hours if the battery is completely empty.

The device is not charging. What can I do?

Please try charging the watch with a different power adapter. If that also does not work, the problem is usually the cable. Please contact our Support — we will be happy to send you a new charging cable.

The device gets very hot while charging. What can I do?

In very rare cases, the watch may overheat while charging. In this case, please send the watch to our service centre for repair.
